We are extremely excited to share that our link between SAMpeople and FACE-Ed has now gone live. This means customers using both SAMpeople and FACE-Ed will now be able to ‘push’ any recruited candidates into SAMpeople as a new employee. This, alongside the recent launch of our digital SCR, will support our customers with delivering our dream for customers to be able to:
- Advertise their vacancies on Indeed, DfE teacher vacancies, own website and social media platforms at the touch of a button.
- Give candidates an easy way to upload a CV and auto-fill fields in their application form.
- Carry out digital checks on application forms received to flag employment gaps, declaration issues or qualification mismatches.
- Remove the equal opps form /declaration form from an application for sharing and allow the option of bulk printing or bulk emailing these to the shortlisting panel.
- A quick bulk reject process for candidates unsuccessful after shortlisting with an automated message.
- Ability to quickly invite successful candidates to interview, and auto-send for references with reminders.
- Flag to Hiring Managers those candidates with disabilities that may need help at interview.
- Invite candidates to interview and give them the ability to upload copies of their ID, RTW, visas, qualifications etc. before interview.
- Give the hiring team the ability to digitally verify original documents seen on the interview day rather than standing photocopying all of these.
- Record online search parameters for KCSiE.
- Bulk print application packs for the Interview Panel with a Safer Recruitment cover sheet that includes all KCSiE flags, the application form, cover letter and references received at the touch of a button.
- The ability to send an offer pack to a successful candidate for them to sign, read or upload onboarding documents .
- Easily track progress of vetting checks and onboarding using a traffic light system.
- Move people to hired when all pre-employment and onboarding information has been successfully completed.
- Auto-create their employment record in SAMpeople and transfer all documentation collected into the employee’s electronic personnel file – application form, references, KCSiE flags, messages, ID, RTW, Qualifications, Offer Letter, Contract etc.
- Update the vetting checks area of SAMpeople (being released next month)
- Auto-update your online SCR in SAMpeople.
