The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw.

- By entering this Prize Draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

- FACE-Ed Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Prize Draw.
The prizes:
- The prize is one 12-month FACE-Ed licence for a single school, whether that be an individual school or part of a Trust.
- The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The Prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winners will be chosen at random by an automated third-party solution.
- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook within 2 working days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- FACE-Ed Ltd will notify the winner when and how the prize can be redeemed.
- FACE-Ed Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this Prize Draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

- FACE-Ed Ltd (or any third party nominated by FACE-Ed Ltd) may exercise its sole discretion to use the winner’s name, email and their comments relating to the prize and Prize Draw experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
- By submitting their details, the entrant agrees to FACE-Ed Ltd processing those details in accordance with the purposes made known to the entrant at the time of collection and in accordance with FACE-Ed Ltd’s privacy policy which can be viewed here.
- FACE-Ed Ltd will only send entrants information about the Prize Draw or relevant news and information from FACE-Ed Ltd.
